Information on Infrared Lights
In the infrared light pads there are 5 colors: red, green, yellow, orange, blue and infrared which are not
seen by the human eye. This allows all cells of the body to absorb what color they need at that time.
RED and INFRARED
The red and infrared diodes are absorbed by the skin, muscles, tissues, bone as well as working at the physical cellular level.
GREEN
Green is also considered a master color and has reported usefulness as an ANTI-INFLAMMATORY as well as in painful joints
and with allergies. The green diodes are absorbed by the Bio-Electro-Magnetic Energy Field (E-Field) which surrounds the
body. It is here that stress and strain build up and develop into "weak spots". If these spots are not eliminated from the E-
Field, eventually under hard work or performance pressure they can become problem areas.
ORANGE
The orange lights are considered a rejuvenating color. It can be warm, stimulating and energizing. It has reportedly boosted
energy in the lungs and stomach. It can help with muscle cramps and allergies.
YELLOW
The yellow lights can be a great stimulant for the sensory and motor nervous system as well as toning muscles. It helps to
raise low energy states. It has reportedly helped with arthritis and the lymphatic system.
BLUE
The blue lights are believed to be a coolant and a restrictor. It has reportedly helped with burns, headaches, fever as well as
providing a calming and relaxing effect.

Benefits of the lnfrared lights
1." Increase vascularity (circulation)" by increasing the formation of new capillaries, which are additional blood vessels that
replace damaged ones. New capillaries speed up the healing process by carrying more oxygen as well as more nutrients
needed for healing and they can also carry more waste products away.
2." Stimulate the production of collagen". Collagen is the most common protein found in the body. Collagen is the essential
protein used to repair damaged tissue and to replace old tissue. It is the substance that holds cells together and has a high
degree of elasticity. By increasing collagen production less scar tissue is formed at the damaged site.
3. "Stimulate the release of adenosine triphosphate (ATP)". ATP is the major carrier of energy to all cells. Increases in ATP
allow cells to accept nutrients faster and get rid of waste products faster by increasing the energy level in the cell. All food
turns into ATP before it is utilized by the cells. ATP provides the chemical energy that drives the chemical reaction of the cell.
4." Increase lymphatic system activity". Edema, which is the swelling or natural splinting process of the body, has two basic
components. The first is a liquid part which can be evacuated by the blood system and the second is comprised of the
proteins which have to be evacuated by the lymphatic system. Research has shown that the lymph vessel diameter and the
flow of the lymph system can be doubled with the use of light therapy. The venous diameter and the arterial diameters can
also be increased. This means that both parts of edema (liquid and protein) can be evacuated at a much faster rate to relieve
swelling
5. "Increase RNA and DNA synthesis". This helps damaged cells to be replaced more promptly.
6. "Reduce the excitability of nervous tissue". The photons of light energy enter the body as negative ions. This calls upon
the body to send positive ions like calcium among others to go to the area being treated. These ions assist in firing the
nerves thereby relieving pain.
7." Stimulate fibroblastic activity which aids in the repair process". Fibroblasts are present in connective tissue and are
capable of forming collagen fibers.
8." Increase phagocytosis", which is the process of scavenging for and ingesting dead or degenerated cells by phagocyte
cells for the purpose of clean up. This is an important part of the infection fighting process. Destruction of the infection and
clean up must occur before the healing process can take place.
9." Induce a thermal like effect in the tissue". The light raises the temperature of the cells through a Photo-Chemical reaction.
10.''Stimulate tissue granulation and connective tissue projections'' , which are part of the healing process of wounds, ulcers
or inflamed tissue.
11.'' Stimulate acetylcholine release''. Acetylcholine causes cardiac inhibition, vasodilation, gastrointestinal peristalsis and
other parasympathetic effects.

Facts about Frequencies and Wavelengths
The different wavelengths have shown different results in studies. This is why we have combined 5 basic wavelengths in
our units, with the option of 6 wavelengths. The PAIN-X-2000 is the only device that has the capability of switching from one
wavelength to another due to our patent. By combining these it may give a very beneficial tool in the treatment of all types of
injuries and problems.

Why does the PAIN-X-2000™ have such a high power rating?
High average power is required to get the penetration and to get the job done fast. The several different wavelengths used in
the PAIN-X-2000™ are very effective at penetrating living tissue without any harmful side effects.
In order to understand the following information you will need to know the following terms and what they really mean.
Wavelength = Measured in Nanometers, determines the color of the LED.
Pulsing = The turning off and on of an LED at various rates.
Frequencies = Our competitors word for rate of pulsing or turning off and on LED's
Some companies advertise they are selling 7 frequencies of light, when in fact they only have 2 or 3 wavelengths of light and
are pulsing them 7 different ways. ( The pulsing of light only means that the lights are turned off and on at various rates.) An
LED is on 100% of the time so if you pulse the LED it may be off even more than it is on. The LED's in the PAIN-X-2000 are on
100% of the time. This helps explain why some of our competitors’ products take longer to treat the patient.

Let's say you were treating with a 10 LED array and the lights were not pulsed ( different frequencies of operation) and it
took 5 minutes to perform the treatment.
If you used a competitors unit that had the same 10 LED array and it was pulsed (Frequency of operation changed) to a 50%
duty cycle. It would then take 10 minutes or twice as long to deliver the same amount of energy for the treatment.
The idea behind pulsing is to save battery power on portable units. Since it takes longer to complete the treatment you are
really not saving battery power.
